It's also a potential derail. I know gin targeted whiskey, who is now dead... yet gin didn't get the kind of pressure we see on Vermouth. Tequila also put pressure on champagne. I thin Vermouth is clearly in the right to ask why he's being voted for when there are two pretty decent targets already. Come to think of it, I'd rather hear more from gin, or not. But I know he targeted whiskey, and whiskey is dead.

Well then I dont see the point of claiming if you have nothing on me. If I'm just a random target. How can I defend myself if I don't know what I'm defending against.

That is the beauty of not knowing if it is random pressure or not.

A good way to defend yourself is with a power claim, character claim, or a target claim. A refusal to do any of those is (in my eyes) an admission of guilt.

Because I had forgotten I targeted Whiskey/that Whiskey had died? It's harder to remember things with anonymous, and I was posting from my phone so that makes it a little harder to check on things. 

And if I was scum, I feel like "yep I targeted the dead dude whoops" is about the worst defense I could put up, but eh.

In the interest of full disclosure: I'm a misdirector. And in case somebody asks, I literally randomly picked a target (so pretty bad luck for me, eh?)

Someone is going to be targeting him tonight. Not me though.  My favorite for the lynch today is Gin.  I don't see any reason to misdirect on night 1 if you are town. You are more likely to do bad than good.

Meh, unless I'm the vig I'm probably taking an action night 1. Maybe it's not the "smart play" but I hate taking no action, since that's not really playing at all.
