Magnito loves clue cops, but he's very good at coming up with good clues too. I said yesterday I expected one to be Town and one to be Mafia, and Sake was Town... He also mentioned he was looking for the Hardy boys specifically on night 1, so I think he was a backup clue cop specifically.

My general thoughts:
Ale is probably Mafia. I just don't see how it could be otherwise after Sakes autopsy.
Cognac is the most suspicious of the other players, having been copped town on a night when the cop was not guided.

I'd be fine voting for either, though I might change my mind if Cognac has a good claim.

Everyone I targeted I had a great reason for targeting.

I wish I hadn't hammered yesterday, but there is no way, as a town clue cop that I wouldn't have wanted to have his autopsy prove my worth.

Instead he flips as a ridiculous character in my opinion and I'm left looking scummy.

Never mind the fact that CLUE is in the dang title of the game.

Ale claims that he targeted Cognac last night. I RT'd Cognac and the result was that nobody targeted him. I will say, it is possible that either he or I were MD'd.

What makes me more suspicious of Ale is the fact that he did not vote for either Brandy or Absinthe (both mafia). He voted for Vermouth, but at that point he was dead meat anyways.

My bet is that Ale is mafia. If anyone has any other ideas, I'm all ears. Until then,

I think I have them cracked...but I can not figure out the clue I got when targeting Cider.

I think the names of detectives (or similar words) are actually buried in the clues...as well as the clues being hints as well.

I can't believe that mafia would continually MD me.

I also don't think I buy Gin being a "town" MD.

I really think Gin is trying to use me as an easy mark here. Wouldn't be surprised if he/she is the Mafia MD and has been targeting someone else but trying to throw townies under the bus.

(Also, I don't buy "Encyclopedia Brown" as much as other claims)

And in that case...I'm voting cognac, because I think Gin is trying to protect their teammate.

I'm willing to bet it's way more likely Bourbon was messed with than me, and my clue says Cognac is a Sherlock.
