I don't trust the claim because I believe our mod would include Charizard and his evolutions over Dragonite (but who says that two pokemon aren't here?).

The reason is because I am not sure if our mod really follows pokemon (I don't think he is a card flopper and others will have to tell me if Dragonite made appearances in the show) but more specifically, our mod loves the Super Smash Brothers Wii game and Charizard was in that game.

THAT is why I found it iffy.

um, in dragonballz, i believe the main character uses them to "wish" for his friends to come back to life. kind of like an uber-rez.

i would definately think that if they are around, a rez would be a possibility.

why go to the trouble of trying to give a daycop ability to someone who may or may not be a townie, when we can save the wish and use it to rez a confirmed townie?

Because nothing in the information I've received indicates it can only be used once.

I know nothing about the Dragon Ball show (or whatever it is called), so all I can do is follow the information I am given in the PM.

I got the impression that the balls will leave play once a successful wish is made.
That said, the rez option did not occur to me. It's not a practical option at this stage of the game though.

Charizard is arguably the most famous Dragon-type in Pokémon, but Dragonite is also a Dragon-type Pokemon.

I thought it could be used over and over....maybe we should save them for a rez. Why waste a one time day cop ability? Or a perma day cop? I say wait for the rez!

It's just the impression I got. I could be wrong.
Either way, I think we should try to make a wish every day. We have no idea who holds the balls - convincing everyone who has it to wish for the same power is difficult as even one ball in non-friendly hands (or hands that aren't paying attention) means we cannot do anything.

In the Dragon Ball show. Once all seven dragon balls were collected they were used to summon the great dragon who granted one wish. Then the balls would separate and scatter across the world, needing to be found again if another wish is to be made.

Perhaps they would shuffle around to new players and the process would start over or they could just go away.... I really depends on how the Mod wants to interpret the scattering around the world for this game.

The Dragonballs could be used multiple times. It would summon the dragon and you could make a wish to the dragon for him to grant. The dragons that were summoned were either the Earth dragon, Shen Long or the Namek dragon, Porunga.

Time's Up

The confusion of the first day seemed less so on the second day. The dragons were more talkative but not more productive. While less confused and willing to discuss, they were not trusting of each other. Of course, Dragons are very untrusting by nature. Still, nothing much was really accomplished when all was said and done.

Night 2 starts now!

Night 2

Sleep. Peaceful, restful sleep. A place a dreams and wonders. Everyone needs sleep and Dragons are no exception. But there can always be a cost, even to the most essential things in life. While sleep can be an escape it can also be a curse if you never wake up. He had slept through the day barely anyone took notice. But at night, when the clock struck 12 and no one had come to his rescue, the magic dragon’s sleepy state became permanent. He would never wake up again.

“Get away from me” the dragon said quite racistly when another dragon had tried to talk to him. The dragon was orange. ORANGE! How dare an orange dragon try and talk to him. The racist dragon ignored the orange dragon as much as possible. But the orange dragon would not be ignored. After a few racial slurs, the orange dragon had had quite enough and pushed the green one as hard as he could; pushed him right into the line of fire. Flames hot enough to melt steel and powerful enough t destroy a landscape engulfed the racist dragon until there was nothing left but a pile of ash.

The orange dragon felt terrible and slinked away. Sure, the green dragon had been a terrible racist, but he hadn’t deserved death. He went off and sulked a little, when a young figure approached him.
“Drrraaaggoonn”, she said in her most friendly voice, “why are you so sad?”
The dragon didn’t answer. His type wasn’t the talking kind. He just kind of looked at her with his big, cute, teary, eyes.
“I thought Dragons were supposed to be tough.”
To put on a show for the girl, the orange dragon puffed out his chest a little to show how tough he can be.
“Oh, so you are tough! What else can you do? Breath fire?”
The dragon shook his head “no”.
“How about fly really fast?”
The dragon got excited here. He could fly fast! To show the girl, he jumped up and flew around the whole world.
“Do it again! Do it again!” cried the girl.
After being forced to fly around the whole world several times, the orange dragon was exhausted. He needed sleep. Excusing himself from the young one, he retreated to the comfort of the tiny ball which he called home.
“Finally,” said the girl, “I thought he was never going to do that.” She picked up the red and white ball, put it on the ground and then stomped on it, crushing it and the dragon within.

“Yummy” said the dragon as he picked up the item that had just been left for him.
“I wouldn’t eat that.” Said a voice from the shadows.
“Who said that?”
“Just trust me. I wouldn’t eat that. Just throw it away.”
And he did.

There were two of them. The first was large, intimidating and one of the most respected dragons in all of history. The second was small, vile and respected by no one. But that was the way she liked it.
“This hardly seems fair” said the small one to herself. She knew she could never beat the five-headed dragon by playing by the rules. It’s a good thing rules never really concerned her. Cheating was more fun anyways. She cackled to herself as the game began. After all, that was all this was to her; one big game. And she was going to win the game, by any means necessary.

Night 2 is over.

Violet is dead. He was Puff, the Magic Dragon (Town/Puff the Magic Dragon), who will no longer frolic in the autumn mist. Also known as ThorKnigh83.

Lavender is dead. He was Albi, the Racist Dragon (Town/Flight of the Conchords), a draon who really cared about colour. Also known as sstralkowski.

Forget-Me-Not is dead. He was Dragonite (Town/Pokemon), a dragon-type Pokemon (because Charizard is fire-type, not a Dragon type). Also known as Grinner.

Jasmine is dead. He was Tiamat (Town/Legend), worshiped Dragon goddess. Also known as Quebbster.

20 players remain. Due to the death of Tiamat, there can be no lynch today. You are all much to broken up about the death of such a legend.

Still got my dragon ball, though. What and who should we wish for? Day cop again?

I have one as well. And I found a Jelly Bean. Did we find out what those meant? Other than a delicious snack?

Also, in case I was tracked (and in order to not out our tracker) I targeted Jasmine last night. And no I didn't kill him, and no I didn't appear in the writeup.

So we've got 2 of the Dragonballs and there are another 5 out there. It's going to be very hard to use them as if one falls in the Mafia's hands they'll likely keep quiet about it.

And poor Tiamat..... I only got to know 2 of your heads and still had to meet Black, Green, and Blue.

Any ideas on the Jelly Beans? I might have missed that discussion from Day 2.

No ideas about the Jelly Beans.

If we do Rez someone with the Dragon Balls, my vote would be for Forget-Me-Not/Dragonite; he seems to have either some kind of kill power (so maybe the vig) or a push/bus drive effect based on the write up. Both very useful abilities.

I'm fine to do it or to let you do it. We're both town and I think the rest of the group trusts us so either one of us can do it. I'm fine with you taking the power if you'd want it.
