I remeber one Runaways arc where a new pride forms and manages to ressurect a former member, but taken from the past at a time from when he was much younger. I believe he was the one who killed Gert with knife. BUt I could be mixing things up in my head. You're correct. Alex's online MMORPG friends found out some of what was going on, they tried to bring Alex back, and ended up getting his father as a youngish man instead. Young Geoffrey kills Gert, and she transfers control of Old Lace to Chase. And sorry I haven't been on. I mentioned being out of town, and I honestly expected to be back online much sooner than I am. But I'm here now, and planning to take a more active hand in things (life permitting). For now, Lynch Wolf |

Hey Guys, just got back home.
Wolf, you have 9 votes. Even if you doubt that your character's name would save you, you might as well say it. It couldn't hurt at this point. I will wait a short while for you to respond to this, and then I'll vote for you if you don't.
Personally, I still don't trust Donkey, but I also am wondering why our vig didn't take him out.

The dying woman was on her last breath. She barely had the strength to move. She was badly hurt and no one seemed willing to help her.
"I must find...must...find...Gertrude Yorkes." she said in agony.
"I don't know who you are" said someone in the crowd, "but that machine you used in our property. Whatever era you stole that from us in, we want it back"
"Must...warn...her" she said, her mission still on her mind.
The crowd closed in in the dying woman, but they didn't even need to lay a finger on her. She collapsed from her wounds.
Wolf is dead. He was Heroine (Avengers/Neutral), a future version of Gertrude Yorkes desperately trying to warn her past self about a terrible danger. Also known as Shadow40.

Night 3
Lotus had not yet quite figured out how the whole magic thing worked. She was more adapt at it then most beginners, but anything more than the simplest of spells tended to fizzle out. She was trying her best to get a “reveal spell” to work, so that she could see what some people were up to, but even that one was tricky. Maybe it was because she was starting to doubt the side she was on. The rest of her friends seemed gung-ho and certain that The Pride were good, but something didn’t sit right. Why are they attacking children? Then again, she had heard the stories of the evil acts that those kids have done. Murder, kidnapping. No, she must have chosen the right side. How could kids from such respectable families go so far astray? They needed to be brought off the streets.
It was at this point that Lotus first heard it. A strange noise, like someone was right in front of her that she couldn’t see. Feeling a bit nervous, she decided a change of location would be a good idea. She tried to walk away at a brisk pace, but soon found herself walking into an invisible wall. She turned and walked in the other direction, only to find that she was trapped in an invisible bubble.
“Let me out” Lotus screamed, pounding on the invisible wall, but she could not break free. Soon enough, she had exhausted her air supply and collapsed. It was then that her invisible attacker removed the bubble, picked her up and carried her off.

Catharine Wilder didn’t see much reason for continuing. The whole point of the Pride was to secure the future of her son, and now that he was dead, she was not seeing much of a reason to continue. You see, she may have been a thief and a murderer, but Catharine was still a mother, and she had still loved her son.
“I’m sorry ma’am” came a voice from a dark alleyway, “Can you help me”
Catharine turned around and saw who was speaking to her. The speaker was standing in the shadows, so she could not make out who it was. Catharine came a little closer and that is when the voice from the shadows grabbed her. Her attacker was deceptively strong for his size. She struggled but simply could not get away.
“Like son, like mother, I suppose” he said as he smiled. “I bet your wondering how your son died. I know it was a great mystery. Well, you’re about to find out…”

Chase Stein was very nervous. He did not want to go up against his target again. For once in his life, he decided to play things safe. He put his X-Ray goggles over his eyes and stayed at the other side of the street. He would simply watch his target from here.
As soon as the X-Ray goggles fell upon the target, he could sense their presence. He knew that he was being watched, and he did not like it one bit. No, something had to be done. He sensed where the rays were coming from, aimed and
*BOOM*
The building that Chase was in, along with everything that was in the way was obliterated in one massive blow. Chase was thrown from the building and landed in a pile of rubble, clinging to life.
Mouse has been captured. He was Lotus (The Pride/Town), the only female member of the second incarnation of The Pride. Also known as m_a_caque.
Tiger is dead. He was Catharine Wilder (The Pride/Town), one half of the “thief” members of the Pride. Also known as anonym0use.
Cow has been hospitalized. He was Chase Stein (Runaways/Mafia), powerless boy with a lot of stolen tech. Also known as Oroci
