I actually, am not at all a fan of Papa John's. I mean it's better than Dominoes, but still. Close call there. Rather have a frozen pizza than either of those. I like Pizza Hut's crusts but Oscar's right about local places. Anywhere you go, local place>>>>>chain. |

So it's been a while since I read The Children's Crusade and the YA arc that I think we're a part of, but the team has re-banded together (with some new members and less old members) because Wiccan cast some monkey-headed spell trying to... resurrect somebody? I think? And it wound up turning all their parents - and all the adults, I think, Avengers included - into nasty alien parasites any time they got near them, so they had to stick together and stay away from anyone over 18 (I'm assuming that's the arbitrary cut-off). There's multi-dimensional nuttiness at work, and this arc is when I realized Miss America Chavez is an awesome character.

Children's Crusade was essentially 'The Scarlet Witch Redemption Story' aka "Let's Fix Some Old Stupid Bendis Crap." that somehow involved her being engaged to Dr. Doom while being a broken amnesiac. It's also the arc where Ant-Man Scott Lang came back from the dead, but Cassie Lang got killed thanks to Giant Pure White Lantern Doom shenanigans. It was good, if heartbreaking. The aftermath of that is the first half of the Night 0 Write-Up.
The next YA arc involves Reborn Kid Loki going around gathering together a new YA team with the magic of reverse psychology (nobody trusts Loki, but they all want to know what he's up to, so they go along with his plan anyway). So Wiccan, Hulkling, and Kate Bishop join up with Loki, Chavez and Noh-Varr (who starts dating Kate) and do some heroing again. Oh, and de-powered mutant ex-X-Kid Prodigy is in it, too, and Wiccan's brother Speed shows back up, too. There's a weird mysterious ghost version of Patriot running around, Loki's ex-paramour Leah is out to get him, and Wiccan finds out he is destined to become some nefarious thing called the Demiurge. This is also the arc that transformed Kid Loki into Dreamy Genderfluid Young Adult Loki: Agent of Asgard.
